About Wave of Innovation
Wave of Innovation is an independent non-profit events and media organisation that runs XRP Ledger events across the UK and APAC. We are the team behind XRP Australia 2026, held at Crown Sydney, the largest dedicated XRP event held in the Australasia region, with Ripple as title sponsor and Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse on stage.
What do we do?
Institutional-grade XRP Ledger conferences. The series began with XRP Gold Coast in March 2024 and scaled to XRP Australia 2026 at Crown Sydney: 400 attendees, Ripple as title sponsor, 11 sponsors in total including Flare, OKX, Gemini, Yellow and Independent Reserve, and Brad Garlinghouse on stage. Why do we exist?
The XRP ecosystem had a gap. Ripple runs a world-class institutional flagship in the US, and community energy exists everywhere, but entire regions had no serious XRP event to their name. Australasia proved the point. When we brought one to Sydney, the room filled, the event trended number one on X in Australia, and institutions turned up alongside the community. We exist to close that gap region by region, with events where institutions, builders and the community share one room, run to a standard sponsors can bring their board to.
Who is behind it?
Wave of Innovation is led by CEO Sadaf Jadran and co-founder Daniel White, with a team across Australia, the UK and Europe. Events, partnerships and media people who have run these rooms rather than just attended them.
