# Wave of Innovation

> UK & APAC fintech and XRP Ledger ecosystem events connecting institutions, builders, and communities across London, Sydney, and global financial hubs.

Wave of Innovation is a fintech innovation network focused on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), digital assets, blockchain, and institutional finance. We produce conferences and programs that bring together banks, fintech teams, developers, and the wider XRP community across the UK and APAC.

We've done this twice before: XRP Gold Coast 2024 at Royal Pines Resort (300 attendees, 20 sponsors) and XRP Sydney 2026 at Crown Towers Sydney (400 attendees, 11 sponsors, with Brad Garlinghouse, Monica Long, and David Schwartz on stage). David Schwartz: "I've got to start with a shout-out to the Wave of Innovation team. This has just been an amazing event. It's this event, it's these people, it's just incredible."
